Crazy fun with Build a Boat in Maui
Palm trees, tropical breezes and warm water make the shores of Maui a perfect backdrop for Build a Boat. Small teams collaborate to build sea worthy vessels using only cardboard, duct tape and plastic. Innovation and strategic-thinking skills along with top-secret boat designs set the teams up for success. The final unveiling reveals Hawaiian outriggers, Viking ships and kayaks that must carry the boat pilot along the race course. With luxury resorts lining Ka’anapali Beach, you can choose between the calm waters of the pool or the wilder ocean waters. We have enjoyed building our boats on the grounds of resorts along the Wailea Beach path and then parading them over to Wailea Beach for the exciting ocean races. Any Maui location complements the creative Build a Boat team building program as the cheers from team members mingle with the music of the waves.
