Solutions, one of our more popular, customized team building adventures is a sophisticated combination of the treasure hunt and photo safari concepts. There are places to find, purchases to complete, photos to shoot, time constraints and more. And, the best part of Solutions is that we can tailor it to address specific objectives around customer service, product development and creative brainstorming.

Recently we were asked to design and conduct a Solutions program to follow up a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator workshop. We brought in numerous MBTI concepts into the Solutions' challenges while keeping it enjoyable. For example, in a "Purchase & Observation Challenge," the teams were asked to determine the type (using our MBTI behavior chart) of their salesperson after their purchase. In a "Bring-Back Challenge," teams had to return with magazine or newspaper photos of a world leader who they determined to be an ISFP and an ENFP talk show host.
