The program was a lot of fun. I wasn't looking forward to it at all but once we got through the first exercise I realized that I was enjoying it. I thought I knew my coworkers pretty well but I learned a lot about how people react to challenges. I thought we worked great together as a team and that we got better with each challenge. I think it was a really good team-building exercise and I hope we can apply what we've learned to our office lives.
