The Team Performance Challenges program really showed how we operate as a team. It gave us insights into how valuable plans and strategies are in our daily work. We're a team of "do-ers" and that sometimes gets us into trouble. The activities demonstrated the requirement for more discipline and processing so that our results are more consistent with our actions.

Overall I was very pleased with the workshop. Our facilitator did an outstanding job of keeping us focused. I would have liked to have seen a little more discussion regarding the pre-assessment results. I also think a bit more structure to the vision walk would be helpful.  Overall, though it was great!
