This was a good program to help drive collaboration, help people understand when to lead, when to follow, and how to cooperate. Nice touch on having to leave recommendations for the next team.

The Team Performance Challenges program really showed how we operate as a team. It gave us insights into how valuable plans and strategies are in our daily work. We're a team of "do-ers" and that sometimes gets us into trouble. The activities demonstrated the requirement for more discipline and processing so that our results are more consistent with our actions.

I was anticipating that hiring an outside firm to address our teambuilding needs may mean that they would push their own agenda. Instead, AAI was refreshingly open to what our business and team goals were, what our immediate needs were and how we needed to be inspired for the future.
