Zoolutions
At-a-Glance
Zoolutions is a half-day program (3.5 hours) working in teams of 4-5. Teams are outfitted with a backpack full of supplies and challenges to complete while exploring a zoo environment in order to better understand business initiatives critical to their organization.
The Facilitators’ Role
Prep
- Review all pre-program communication.
Logistics
- Releases: collect and review for skipped signatures, cross-outs and missing dates; communicate with lead facilitator as needed.
- Supplies: distribute according to plan.
- Photos: take pictures of teams throughout program as they explore the area and, most important and often forgotten, a final large group photo.
Facilitation
- Lead facilitator understands selected theme and sets the tone through their introduction of the program.
- Facilitators are strategically positioned to observe teams to evaluate their level of engagement.
- Assist with managing team presentations during the finale, and taking notes.
- Lead facilitator wraps up program by leading a large group debrief.
Clean-up
- Pack supplies for return shipping.
