scenes details are already taken care of. We make the experience
seamless no matter where you host it—a local park, a hotel, or your own offsite location.
We routinely coordinate with towns to secure park permits, confirm site requirements, and manage the logistics that impact the program so you don’t have to.

We re not full scale event planners (i.e. we don t manage catering or all day vendor budgets), but we ll help oversee logistics to ensure that everything comes together seamlessly.
