Countdown
At-a-Glance
Countdown is a 2 hour program and can be facilitated indoors at almost any location. Creative challenges, similar to NBC’s Minute-To-Win-It, involve simple household items repurposed into fun activities requiring concentration, a steady hand, visual memory or quick eye-hand coordination.
Teams of 4 – 5 rotate through challenge stations and practice techniques necessary for success. Each team chooses a representative to attempt each of the four challenges during the Competition Round building momentum for the final showdown round.
We complete the event by debriefing the day’s experiences, drawing parallels to workplace dynamics, and facilitating discussions around solutions and strategies.
