Be Prepared
Your comfort throughout the program is important. If you’re working on an indoor program, consider that sometimes we like to get outside, just for a few minutes, so be prepared. If you’re working in a conference center, remember that they tend to keep the AC cranking in the summer, so bring layers.
For outdoor programs, check your weather forecast the morning of the program. Layers of fleece, gloves and hiking boots can make even an Extreme Snow Pursuit fun. If you have allergies, remember your medications.
