Our short needs assessment is a great way to check on how your team is doing. The 22 questions delve into topics such as goal setting, roles, meetings, conflict, trust, and morale. Looking at average answers, it’s easy to assess which areas are strengths (scores closer to 5) and where there are areas for improvement (scores of 3 or lower). Your assessment results will also provide standard deviation scores, which can be quite revealing as well. Typically this means some team members are having a different experience than others, inviting investigation into this discrepancy and an opportunity to learn more about the situation.
