The event was a total success! It was so much fun and our facilitator did a great job keeping things going. Everyone really enjoyed it and we even talked about doing it again next year. I think I can speak for the group and say that it was thoroughly enjoyed by all. I think we always have concerns about the different personalities and if they will enjoy it or not; everyone ended up fully participating.

The day was a huge success and enhanced our abilities to work as a team. The helium hula was great because it took our group a long time to complete the task. Although everyone thought we were working as team, it was evident that we were not all on the same page. This really opened our eyes. Great day!

I thought the experience was a lot of fun. One of the best parts was getting to know and work with your co-workers, including those you do not normally work with, in a different setting. It was a good education on how to read the strengths of others and put together
a team strategy very quickly. Good teamwork is so important to a successful construction project and this experience was a great lesson in teamwork.
