Build a Boat Team Building in Phoenix

A picturesque city surrounded by red rock mountains, Phoenix creates a perfect destination for our Build a Boat program. With luxury resorts and stunning pools like the ones at Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort, small teams collaborate to build “sea worthy vessels.” The competition begins when all team members use innovation and strategic-thinking skills to determine how to best use the supplies provided. With only cardboard, duct tape and plastic, teams construct Viking ships, catamarans and kayaks that will withstand the waves of Lake Pleasant or the choppy waters of your resort pool. Cheers from team members buoy the captains as they try to safely guide their boat across the finish line before heading out to enjoy an evening of country music Phoenix-style.
