Corporate Retreats Across New England
Adventure Associates is based right here in New England, and it shows in how we plan. Our facilitators know the parks, hotels, and neighborhoods well enough to build a program around them rather than around a generic template, and we bring the gear and staff directly to your team, wherever in the region you’re based. Whether you’re after a single afternoon of team building or a full corporate retreat in New England, this is home turf for us.
We run programs across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut regularly, with dedicated pages for our most-requested cities below. But our reach doesn’t stop at those city lines. If your team is based somewhere we haven’t written up yet, we still cover it; just get in touch and we’ll build the program around your actual location.
Massachusetts
From the Berkshires to Boston Harbor, Massachusetts covers a lot of ground, and we run programs across most of it. Boston is our busiest hub in the state, home to GeoTrek routes through the Common and North End, plus Team Sailing out on the harbor itself. We’re just as active on Cape Cod, where a coastal setting makes for a natural fit with our Trail Venture and sailing programs, and in Springfield, where indoor formats like Build a Boat and Build a Bridge cover teams meeting further west in the state.
Boston
Boston’s walkability and dense mix of parks, harbor access, and hotel meeting space make it one of our most flexible city locations. See the full Boston team building page for the complete program lineup.
Rhode Island
Rhode Island’s small footprint is part of its appeal: a program based in Newport or Providence rarely means a long drive for anyone. Newport is our flagship location in the state, built around its Gilded Age mansions, working harbor, and genuine retreat atmosphere. In Providence, we run the same caliber of programming, from downtown scavenger hunts to Pursuit challenges staged in the city’s parks, just without a dedicated page yet.
Newport

Connecticut
Connecticut gives us everything from Fairfield County’s commuter-friendly suburbs to the forests of the Litchfield Hills. Stamford is our go-to location for NYC-metro teams looking for an easy company offsite, with GeoTrek routes through downtown and indoor-friendly programs like Jumpstart for tighter agendas. Up in Hartford, Bushnell Park gives us reliable outdoor space for Pursuit, and along the coast in Norwalk we run the same full range of programs, again without a page built out yet.
Stamford

Our New England coverage isn’t limited to the three states above. We regularly run programs in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine as well, from mountain-town offsites to coastal retreats further up the shoreline. Fall Is New England’s Best Season for a Retreat
New England’s fall foliage runs from late September through late October depending on how far north you are, and it’s genuinely one of the best backdrops in the country for an outdoor program or a multi-day retreat.
