Feedback Systems

Many organizations have a big gap between the amount and type of feedback needed and what is available. This is due in part to people’s discomfort in giving or receiving feedback, but ultimately caused by a lack of structure around feedback.

This workshop deals with the kind of systems that feedback requires. A good system encompasses a variety of feedback modes: written, face-to-face, on the phone, email, etc. And a good system is one that everyone on the team creates and sustains.

Goals

  • Learn the various modes for providing feedback.
  1. Analyze the AAI feedback system.
  2. Adapt and create a customized feedback system for your organization.
  3. Develop some feedback guidelines that the group can commit to follow.
