The views of the Allegheny, Monongahela, and Ohio rivers from the windows of the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh downtown hotel inspire participants’ creativity and help get the ideas flowing.

The facilitator begins by working with the team to develop a theme, such as how to improve client communications or how to become a more effective team. This establishes a clearly defined focus without hindering free expression. Later team members volunteer to facilitate smaller, topical sessions with participants moving freely among these simultaneous sessions to listen, add opinions and cross-pollinate ideas. As this pragmatic but creative process continues, the group identifies the steps necessary to address the issues and opportunities. The entire group reconvenes to clarify, expand upon ideas and establish next steps.
